CIVI: Community Intelligence Hub
CIVI is a concept, not a shipped client. I am drawing it so the work has a shape. Community intelligence, here, means a place can see itself: what is hurting, what is being repaired, and who is next.
The problem
Reports about a living place scatter. A blocked drain is in one chat. A failed solar light is in another. A count of trees is in a spreadsheet no one opens. The person closest to the ground cannot see the queue.
The system
CIVI is a local record. Ecological notes and civic notes sit in one place. A person can read the queue. An agent can group what looks alike and flag what is missing. It does not close the report. I still decide what the map claims.
The constraint
Private data stays near the people it belongs to. The hub should keep working when a distant service does not. If a neighbor cannot understand a line, the line is wrong.
What gets lighter
The next repair is visible. The story of the place is not trapped in a thread. Nothing here is a measured client result. It is the drawing I would start from.
