A map for a living place

I keep coming back to a record a neighborhood could actually hold. Not a dashboard for a distant office. A map of one living place in the Philippines: what is hurting it, what is being repaired, and a queue a person can read.

The pieces are ordinary. A blocked drain. A count of trees still standing. A solar light that failed, and who is going to open it. I want those to sit in one place, close to the people who walk the ground, with the private parts staying private.

An agent can sort the incoming notes. I do not want it to close them. I want it to group what looks alike, flag what is missing, and wait. I still decide what the map claims.

This is a concept study. I have not built this map for a client. I am drawing the shape so the work has a place to start.
